Churnkey prices by churn volume — an entry tier for smaller volumes, with larger volumes moving to higher tiers at custom pricing. Mendworthy is a flat monthly fee that is never a percentage of what we recover: $79/mo (or $65 annual) on Starter, $149/mo on Growth, $299/mo on Scale. Each tier includes a sequence allowance — 150, 600, and 1,500 sequences per billing cycle — so very heavy failed-payment volume can mean stepping up a tier. The practical difference: your bill is always a fixed number you chose from a pricing page, not a curve that tracks your churn or your recovered dollars.

Yes — they don't fight at the Stripe layer. Mendworthy reads the failed-payment webhook and runs its sequence; Churnkey runs cancellation flows when a customer initiates a cancel from your billing portal. Different triggers, different surfaces. Some merchants run both to cover both motions.
